Where did the stutter go?

We borrowed some special headphones last week so that Jude could do some listening/sound therapy here at home, and so that we could test it out before investing in the system. He also did a special sound therapy focused on "oral" issues, while at his most recent session with Miss M, and what's crazy is that Jude's stutter went away. I still need to ask her if there is somehow a correlation between the two or what?! Because I'm still quite shocked. It's just gone. He still speaks very rhythmically, but the strong stuttering is gone. Yay!!

Here's a pic of him with his headphones on while playing a hide and seek objects game with Miss M. (The therapy helps to make connectors in Jude's brain that should be there. To read more about it, click here.)
One of Benjamin's favorite things to do in the playroom/waiting room is go "boom!" while crashing onto bean bags.
 My girl.
Another "oral" thing Jude worked on at therapy was blowing air through the straw to make his cotton ball go. It helps him with some deep breathing... sometimes he'll stop mid-sentence while speaking to get a breath, so we're always working on ways to help him get stronger that way.
My little escapee, trying to go play with Jude in the big gym. :)
Friday night my mom invited us to her place to see her brother (My Uncle Jeff) and her Aunt (my great Aunt Judy) who were both visiting from different states. We made a quick trip down and back in one evening for a visit.
At one point in the drive the two boys had fallen asleep, so we stopped for Starbucks and it practically felt like a date. Selah got to share a little vanilla chai tea with me.
Of course this little man found the Jeep once we got to my moms. :) My mom actually hid it from him, but he went looking for it! And he found it in the barn and drove in circles while the big kids took turns riding Ruby.
 In the round pen.

 Riding back to the house...
Chatting by Wayne's garden... I always love the view right here.
Looking at what's growing in the garden.
Josh and I by the little garden shed.
Saturday morning Dad & Janet came up to Portland to help Josh bake for a Jude's Foods order (thank you!), so the kids and I met up with friends at the park. The kids all road bikes and played for a couple hours. It was a lot of fun.
Benjamin & Everly on the slide... Everly dressed herself that day. Swim suit with pants, and a dress on top. That girl is so cute! And soon to be a big sister!
