Easter & the Zipline

We had a lovely Easter Sunday celebrating the resurrection of Jesus! Our church had a special breakfast before service that was delicious, and afterward we went over to my mom's house for a great lunch! Jude, Selah and Jen's birthdays were also celebrated along with an Easter egg hunt. We had a great time! And I didn't do the best job of capturing the adults, but I got the kids. ;)

Earlier that morning the kids did their traditional scavenger hunt for their group Easter gift from Josh and me, after finding their little baskets. Inside each of their baskets was a clue and they had to piece all three of their clues together to find the next clue. They searched high and low and eventually found a Zipline at the end of their scavenger hunt! :)
And my Dad was so kind to put the cable swing up for us! Our trees were much bigger than the size of the cables that were provided for the swing, so my dad figured out the best way to secure the swing and we were so grateful for all of his hours of help with that!! And these kids were extra thankful! They swung to their heart's content well into the night. :)
